Biji Baji Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Biji Baji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any game stake, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of Biji Baji after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Biji Baji you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults only.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of Biji Baji or any associated company, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check the laws applicable to your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the platform or had an account closed for rule violations.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If verification cannot be completed, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the process is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details or different identities — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and balances may be voided.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. Biji Baji staff will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately so the account can be secured.

4. Deposits

Deposits to your Biji Baji account are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed at the time of deposit within your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. If a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Deposit Restrictions

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made with funds that originate from criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and accounts will be closed immediately.
• Biji Baji reserves the right to limit deposit amounts at any time for account security or fraud prevention purposes.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance (funds that have been deposited and, where applicable, have met any active bonus wagering requirements) at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three working days. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission from our side — delays beyond that window are generally related to the payment provider's own processing schedule.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification may be required before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or first withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard for each payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Biji Baji offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and PSL season event rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of each promotion on the Promotions page.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements — you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and drawn upon in the order specified in your account dashboard.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Biji Baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk combination bets to systematically clear wagering requirements — will have bonuses voided and may have their account suspended. We monitor all accounts for patterns that indicate bonus abuse.

7. Games & Gameplay

Biji Baji provides access to a range of online games including slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, crash games and arcade titles. All games are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to their own certified random number generation systems. Game results are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by Biji Baji or any player action outside of normal gameplay.

Game Availability

The games available in the lobby may change from time to time. Titles may be added, temporarily removed for maintenance or permanently retired. Biji Baji does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game at any time.

Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including server errors, disconnections or display glitches — the outcome of any affected game round will be determined by the server-side record of that round. If a round did not complete before the fault occurred, stakes may be returned to your balance. Biji Baji is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a disconnected session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Biji Baji platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with games or the platform outside of normal manual play.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support — retaining such winnings is considered fraudulent.
• Abusing the bonus system, including creating accounts solely to claim promotions.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds on behalf of another person.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial fraud activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour towards support staff or other players in any live game chat feature.

9. Privacy & Data

Biji Baji collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data may be shared with payment processors, game providers and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform and process your transactions. All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and in line with applicable data protection standards.

10. Responsible Gaming

We take responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and should always be treated as such — not as a way to earn income or recover financial losses. All players are encouraged to set personal limits before they start playing.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily or weekly maximum deposit amount from your account settings.

• Temporary self-exclusion: Suspend your account for a defined cooling-off period.

11. Suspension & Account Closure

Biji Baji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity has occurred or is suspected.
• The account has been involved in bonus abuse, multi-accounting or collusion.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or the integrity of the games.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed for rule violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated by the player in good standing, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit method after standard verification checks are completed.

Closing Your Own Account

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. If your reason for closing is related to problem gaming, please indicate this so that appropriate responsible gaming steps can be taken before processing the closure.

12. Limitation of Liability

Biji Baji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime, security and fair gameplay, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be completely free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, Biji Baji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, game errors, payment delays or account suspension where such suspension is carried out in line with these Terms.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

Biji Baji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a revision, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
